Former Buenos Aires Grill owner Marco Casas-Beaux has done it again; he’s opened a restaurant that Seattleites aren’t quite sure what to do with. Ipanema operates as a Brazilian-style rodizio, which means 12 different kinds of meat are slow cooked over a mesquite fire, skewered, and then carved tableside by men who wander the floor waiting for you signal that you’re ready for more. The all-you-can-eat meats are augmented by two prodigious cold salad bars.
