Ipanema Brazilian Grill is located in the heart of Downtown Seattle at 1st & University.

There is ample parking nearby. We are also close to many bus stops and one-block west of the downtown transit tunnel.

Ipanema offers a partial 10% parking validation at the Harbor Steps Parking Garage.

 

Directions to Harbor Steps Parking Garage

Coming from the North:

From I-5 take the Union Street exit. Follow Union Street west to First Avenue and turn left. Continue on First Avenue to Madison St. and turn right. Take Madison one block to Western Ave. and turn right. Go through one stop light and you will then pass Seneca St. Immediately pass Seneca turn right into the Harbor Steps Parking Garage.

Coming from the South:

From I-5 take the Seneca Street exit. Follow Seneca Street west to First Avenue and turn left. Continue on First Avenue to Madison St. and turn right. Take Madison one block to Western Ave. and turn right. Go through one stop light and you will then pass Seneca St. Immediately pass Seneca turn right into the Harbor Steps Parking Garage.

Once in the Garage:

Take your ticket and drive through the gate. Turn left and drive approximately 100 feet. You will see a sign overhead that says Parking and Exit. There will also be a column that says E1. Turn right and circle up the garage to level D1 or above. Proceed to the Public elevator and come to the 6th floor. You will then proceed toward First Avenue and come into Ipanema Brazilian Grill through the front entrance.
